As soon as you step outside the door you are only a few steps away from the stunning southern coastline and a glorious five mile stretch of Eastbourne promenade. The promenade leads past the historical pier (originally opened in June 1870) and all the way to the foot of the South Downs. The Downs are home to the famous white cliffs of Beachy Head, seen in movies such as Harry Potter, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and even James Bond 007.
You are also perfectly placed to enjoy central Eastbourne with the town centre, theatres and Devonshire Park Tennis Centre all just a brief stroll away. Eastbourne has just enjoyed a multi-million pound renovation of its three-storey Beacon shopping centre, which includes a fabulous selection of shops, restaurants and an eight-screen cinema.

Great flat in a brilliant location just behind the seafront. Easy walking distance for town centre, seafront and the pier. Well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Smoking is not permitted in this property. Minimum age of lead guest is 25+. No parties, no pets.
There is a month-long minimum stay.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £400 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
