I would highly recommend these brilliant hosts who made everything very easy. We had one small issue on day one that was dealt with very quickly. The AirB&B was really lovely and exactly like the photo's and description. Would definitely look for these hosts again if ever in Eastbourne!! June 2024

The Small Print
Smoking is not permitted in this property. No pets allowed. Adults only as this is a quiet residential block. Please keep noise low - especially on the balcony. Remove outdoor footwear on entry.
Rentals must be for a minimum of three months. Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable security deposit (amount will vary depending on length of stay). To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. Payments in installments may be possible for stays of four months or longer.
