UK Airbnb close to the sea in Eastbourne

Brand new to our portfolio and completely refurbished, this UK airbnb is perfectly located in Little Chelsea, a highly sought-after hotspot in central Eastbourne, East Sussex.

Little Chelsea is increasingly recognised in the national press, with its charming mix of chic cafes, independent stores, galleries and gift shops, and the housing is largely Victorian terraces, often painted in pastel colours.

The Pink House has two bedrooms, making it an ideal UK airbnb to accommodate up to four people.  With one king-size and one twin room, it is perfect for families or friends who fancy a stay for a few days or a few months in the sunniest spot in the UK.

Set between South Street and Grove Road, the holiday house and broader area are just a few minutes walk from the town centre and train station.  The seafront, promenade and beach are a mere 10 minute stroll away, and the Congress and Devonshire Park theatres and Towner Gallery are also close by.

The house has a real sense of calm, with earthy colours throughout and some nice historical features.

The living room has two comfortable sofas and an armchair, so there will be no fighting for space in front of the fireplace and the Smart TV (don’t forget your logs ins for Netflix, BBC iPlayer, ITV X etc to watch your favourite shows).

The kitchen-diner is well equipped with a gas hob, grill and oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. You’ve plenty of work surface spaces for food preparation, and all the utensils and equipment that you need in self catering accommodation.

There is a table seating four set by the window to enjoy the natural light, plus a separate utility area with a washing machine.

The delightful bathroom has a walk-in, rainforest shower, with an extra shower head for flexibility. You be reluctant to get out and dry.

Step outside and you can enjoy your private garden terrace, with seating and space to reflect and relax.

Children of all ages are welcome, and a small-to-medium size, adult, neutered dog is considered – please contact us to discuss your pet before booking (£50 supplement applies).

Minimum age of lead guest is 25+. Smoking is not permitted. No parties.

A dog is considered on a selective basis and, if approved, a £50 supplement will apply. Please contact Exclusively Eastbourne to discuss your pet if you wish to bring them. Any pet given permission to come must not be allowed on the beds or furniture or left in the property alone. They must only use a pet bed and pet bowls that you bring with you. You will be expected to clean up after your pet and are liable for any damage it causes. Please bring a separate towel for your dog to wipe muddy / sandy paws before entering the apartment.

There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
