If only all places to stay in Eastbourne could be like this – a prime location by Eastbourne Pier, literally overlooking the sea, beach and promenade.

We have three immaculate, cosy and comfortable holiday apartments as part of a new development in one of Eastbourne’s most historically significant buildings.

Forming part of Sea House, Charles Darwin wrote part of Origin of Species here back in 1852 – and judging by the inspirational sea views and restorative fresh air available, you won’t question his eye for a location.

Pier View sits on the first floor (Horizon View on the second/top floor, Promenade View on the ground floor) and you really can’t get much closer to the beach.

All three holiday apartments are furnished similarly with a sumptuous L-shaped sofa in front of the Smart TV, providing a welcoming spot to rest after a day exploring all the attractions of Eastbourne and East Sussex which are right on your doorstep – with Redoubt (a Napolionic fort) close by, plus the carpet gardens, Wish Towner and Holywell to be found along the promenade to the west or head east for Sovereign Harbour.

The open plan nature of the living space works so well for families or friends who want to make the most of the scenery whilst socialising together.

The sparkling kitchen is well equipped for self-catering accommodation, with oven, grill, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the pots, pans, cutlery and plates you’ll need.

One bedroom has a double bed whilst the second bedroom has two single beds making this a flexible set up for families, friends or colleagues sharing. Both bedrooms also have Smart TVs.

The immaculate bathroom has a bath with a shower over.

Minimum age of lead guest is 25+. Smoking is not permitted. No parties. No pets permitted.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

Dogs are considered on a selective basis and, if approved, a £50 supplement will apply per dog. Please contact Exclusively Eastbourne to discuss your pet if you wish to bring them. Any pet given permission to come must not be allowed on the beds or furniture or left in the property alone. They must only use a pet bed and pet bowls that you bring with you. You will be expected to clean up after your pet and are liable for any damage it causes. Please bring a separate towel for your dog to wipe muddy / sandy paws before entering the house.
