The Olive Tree is a stylish central Eastbourne holiday apartment set moments from the desirable Little Chelsea area, with its eclectic mix of independent boutiques, cafes and bars.

Offering easy access on the ground floor, the flat comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, allocated parking and a delightful private terrace garden – wow! This is proving to be one of our most popular places to stay in Eastbourne, so try to move fast to secure your dates.  A small-to-medium size dog would be considered (fee applies) – please discuss your pet with us before booking.

This is one of our best places to stay in Eastbourne for anyone wanting easy access to attractions, with the beach, pier, Congress and Devonshire Park theatres, Eastbourne bandstand and new Beacon shopping centre, with the Cineworld cinema complex, all within a few minutes stroll.

Eastbourne train station is also just a hop, skip and jump away, so you can easily travel to Brighton, Lewes or other must-see destinations or get a direct train to London Gatwick, London Victoria or London Bridge.

The Small Print

Smoking is not permitted. Lead guest must be age 30+.

A dog is considered on a selective basis and, if approved, a £50 supplement will apply. Please contact Exclusively Eastbourne to discuss your pet if you wish to bring them. Any pet given permission to come must not be allowed on the beds or furniture or left in the property alone. They must only use a pet bed and pet bowls that you bring with you. You will be expected to clean up after your pet and are liable for any damage it causes. Please bring a separate towel for your dog to wipe muddy / sandy paws before entering the apartment.

There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season, with bookings running from Sunday to Sunday, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season or last minute.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
