Horizon View offers seafront holiday accommodation a prime Eastbourne location close to Eastbourne pier.

Three holiday apartments have been created from one of Eastbourne’s great historic house Sea Houses on Marine Parade – where Charles Darwin wrote his Origin of Species in 1852. You can imagine his inspiration as he took in the views and sea air and we strongly recommend you follow his path 🙂

Completely re-developed to make the most of the spectacular location overlooking the beach, the two-bedroom holiday flat has an open-plan lounge-kitchen diner from where you can admire Eastbourne pier, beach and promenade.

The sumptuous L-shaped sofa will provide a perfect place to rest in front of the Smart TV after a day exploring the very best of Eastbourne and East Sussex literally on your doorstep – with Redoubt (a Napolionic fort) close by, plus the carpet gardens, Wish Tower and Holywell to be found along the promenade to the west or head east for Sovereign Harbour.

The open plan natures works so well for families or friends who want to make the most of the scenery.

The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering accommodation, with oven, hob, grill, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the pots, pans, cutlery and plates you’ll need.

One bedroom has a double bed whilst the second bedroom has two single beds making this a flexible set up. Both bedrooms have the added bonus of a Smart TV.

The immaculate bathroom has a bath with a shower over.

The Small Print

Minimum age of lead guest is 25+. Smoking is not permitted. No parties. No pets permitted.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days and shorter lets may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
