Hairbnb provides a modern, stylish holiday apartment right in the heart of Eastbourne, East Sussex.    Ideally located, it is just a couple of minutes stroll from the beach, theatres and Devonshire Park tennis centre, and boasts cafes and restaurants moments from your door.

Located directly above the prestigious Ministry of Hair salon on Cornfield Road, the holiday apartment space was formerly part of the salon and retains a few hints of its former glory days.  Why not book yourself in the salon below for a ‘do’ during your stay and come away feeling completely rejuvenated after your holiday?!

This airbnb East Sussex is perfect for couples or those working away from home on a local project (Eastbourne train station is only a few minutes walk).  Set on the first floor of the building, the open-plan living space is airy and light and offers great views over the Memorial roundabout and towards the seafront.

The contemporary kitchen has everything you’ll need for an Eastbourne self catering break.  With a fridge-freezer, oven, two-ring hob, microwave and cooking utensils, you’ll be able to whizz up a meal in no time – although with a wealth of restaurants on your doorstep, you may prefer to treat yourself.  Whether you eat in or out, you can wake up to decent coffee, courtesy of the Nespresso machine (and Lakeland opposite to stock up on pods). There is also a washing machine and clothes airer.

If friends visit during your stay, the dining table seats up to four, and for romantic evenings in, a small sofa offers space to cosy up in front of the lounge TV.

The bedroom has a second TV, so  if you can’t agree what to watch, one of you you can curl up on your kingsize bed.   There is an ensuite shower and a small dressing area to get ready for your night on the town, plus a rear door leads to a small private balcony where you can take in some air.

A separate WC (with fancy hand dryer) is located off the living area.  All linen and regular towels are provided in this airbnb East Sussex – don’t forget to pack your beach towels and some slippers, the floors are mainly tiled.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
