Tasteful and modern throughout, the spacious bedroom of this Eastbourne holiday flat has a side sea view and a super-kingsize bed that can be split into twins if required. We can also provide a travel cot free of charge for young tots so this self catering accommodation Eastbourne also makes a great choice for young families.
It is located on the ‘hall’ floor of the building. There are eight steps up to the main front door of the building and then is all on one level, making it a good option for those needing easy access.

Fabulous apartment. Apartment 2 Gresham house is the most lovely apartment. It is very clean and bright very well equipped and has a lovely sunny terrace to sit on. It is very close to town you can see the sea from the bedroom window. It is close to all three theatres. Parking is easy. The team at exclusively Eastbourne are amazing always in hand. Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival.
