It is positioned on the second floor of a gated development of harbourside apartments, with two good-sized bedrooms, a handy study, plentiful parking and a lift providing easy access should you not fancy the stairs.
The prestigious development is in a prime spot close to the beach and The Waterfront complex of cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as the retail park with Asda superstore and a wide range of stores including TK Maxx, Sports Direct, Next, Matalan and a late-night Boots pharmacy.
Eastbourne is just an hour’s walk along the promenade, a quick 10 minute drive or direct buses are also available into town and beyond. We can recommend the numerous historic sites nearby such as Pevensey Castle and Battle (the scene of the Battle of Hastings in 1066), whilst Beachy Head and the South Downs National Park should find their way onto any holiday activity plan.

The Small Print
Minimum age of lead guest is 25+. This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted. No parties.
There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season, although shorter lets may be possible out of season or last minute.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
