The bijou South Downs Studio is ideal for those who fancy the glories of the South Down National Park, with inspirational walks and landscapes just a few minutes’ walk from the door. The Eastbourne seafront and beach at Holywell are also within an easy stroll.

The studio is perfect for couples who fancy more space than a hotel room, with a comfy superkingsize bed, plus the freedom and flexibility to rustle up meals thanks to the self-catering facilities in the handy kitchen section.

Positioned close to leafy Meads Village, a particularly desirable residential area of Eastbourne on the slopes of the South Downs, the studio is immaculately designed and presented throughout.

The open-plan living space maximises light and space, thanks to the patio doors and thoughtfully placed windows.   A comfy sofa in front of a flatscreen Smart TV gives you access to BBCiPlayer, Netflix and other internet-based TV services (don’t forget your log ins).

The sleek modern kitchen section is compact, yet well equipped, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, microwave oven, toaster and a two-ring infra-red hob (for super-quick heating).  And let’s not forget the essential Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. It’s a modern classic!

The brand new shower room boasts an enticing walk in shower (plenty of room for two!) and there are lashings of hot water, plus central heating on demand if the weather turns chilly.

Smoking is not permitted in this property. No pets permitted. No children permitted - adults only property.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes before you depart. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
