If you’re looking for a Sussex holiday cottage with views and style, Harbour Views at Silver Strand is beautifully presented, offers acres of space, three bedrooms, three ensuites and overlooks one of Sovereign Harbour’s inner quays.
This spacious family holiday home is close to the beach, plus the shops and restaurants of the bustling Waterfront area.
Set over three floors, this contemporary townhouse boasts a delightful terrace with table and chairs overlooking the waterway. You can also soak up the view from the first floor lounge or the indulgent top floor master bedroom.
This modern holiday let is a great option for families or friends sharing, sleeping up to six guests who appreciate space and a prime location to watch the boats go by.
There is a master kingsize bedroom on the second floor which enjoys glorious views over the marina and lovely natural light, with a spacious ensuite shower room and storage galore.
The second bedroom on the top floor is set up as a twin and also has an ensuite with a bath and shower over.
There is a large bedroom on the ground floor which has a kingsize bed and French doors which open out onto a terrace with table and chairs and is a fine spot to enjoy the afternoon sunshine and the bobbing boats. There is an ensuite shower room for this bedroom.
The middle (first) floor is thoughtfully open-plan to allow natural light to cascade across the entire floor – here you will find the lounge overlooking the marina, with a large comfortable L-shaped sofa and extra chair. The dining table is in the middle portion of the area and then a spotless, well equipped kitchen with a hob, grill, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle etc.

Great house with lovely marina views. Lovely house in great location overlooking the marina. Don’t be put off as you drive to the property - which takes you through a very large housing estate….. once in the property you step into a different world facing the marina. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Easy to access main roads to other locations, or to take the Dotto summer train into Eastbourne. We spent a couple of days in Brighton - taking the car to Polegate (easy to park) and then catching the train into Brighton. Another day relaxing on the balcony after a walk around the marina and n onto Pevensey. All in all a very comfortable house, every thing you might need and as each bedroom has its own bathroom no need to queue up in the mornings. Well worth considering if you’re looking to stay in this part of the world. Left on Aug 10, 2024 for a stay in Aug 2024

The Small Print
This property may accept a dog on a selective basis (supplement applies). Smoking is not permitted. No parties. Minimum age of lead guest is 25+
There is a week-long minimum stay, with Friday changeovers in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season or last minute.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £500 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
