Lovely and light, plus an immaculate, but comfortable presentation will help you feel instantly relaxed. If you need further encouragement to take it easy, afternoon sunshine on the terrace will beckon you to the comfy outside table and chairs, perhaps to plan your adventures around Eastbourne.
You can amble for afternoon tea at The Grand Hotel or stroll along the promenade in just a few minutes. Or why not take in a show at The Congress, Winter Gardens or Devonshire Theatre – each less than 10 minutes away, so you couldn’t find a better location.
This Eastbourne holiday cottage is also handy for Eastbourne College, St Andrews and Bedes schools, and for walks up into pretty Meads Village.

Seaside Mews again! Another delightful stay in Seaside Mews. We have stayed here on three occasions and find it very well equipped and comfortable. It has the added advantage of undercroft parking. It is a two-minute walk to the bus stop and a five-minute walk to the nearest pub. There are restaurants and a wine bar in Carlisle Road, again a five-minute walk. The service given by Exclusively Eastbourne is second to none. Left on Oct 21, 2024 for a stay in Oct 2024

The Small Print
Smoking is not permitted in this property and children must be over 12 years of age. No pets permitted.
There is a week long minimum stay in peak periods, with shorter, flexible stays at other times.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
