Brand new to our hand-picked portfolio of holiday homes, Seaside Hideout will prove very popular as a seaside airbnb, ticking many boxes for our holiday guests.
Hands up who fancies a stay close to the sea and beautiful countryside? In self catering accommodation that offers space, facilities and a restorative sense of calm?
Think stacks of natural light cascading through this two bedroom holiday apartment and plenty of family-friendly space.
You’ll enjoy the top (second) floor setting of this holiday accommodation; there are only two other residential apartments in the building so it is lovely and quiet. There isn’t a lift in the building, so guests needs to be comfortable with a few stairs.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed plus a day bed suitable for children, and the second bedroom has two single beds – making this holiday rental ideal for up to five people (and a maximum of four adults). It will suit friends who fancy a break by the sea for rest and relaxation or to take in a show at the theatres in the Devonshire Quarter, and is ideally situated for spending time pottering around the independent shops, galleries and cafes in Little Chelsea, Eastbourne.
The spacious living room has a large sofa and two armchairs in front of the smart TV, where you can chill out after a busy day exploring the Sussex coast. There is also a dining table overlooking the gardens below.
The kitchen has been completely refurbished, modern in style and fully equipped for self catering accommodation. As well as a fridge freezer, hob, double oven, grill, dishwasher, kettle and washing machine, you’ve the bonus of an air fryer and a Nespresso coffee machine (so pack some pods if you’re a coffee lover!).
The breakfast table seating five people provides a lovely, sunny spot to catch up and plan the day ahead or to reminisce about adventures so far. For those working digitally, this makes a handy work station, although the easy access to the fridge and coffee machine could offer tempting distractions 🙂
The brand new, spotless bathroom is bathed in natural light and has a walk-in shower with an overhead rainforest-style shower, plus an extra shower head for flexibility.
All linen and regular towels are provided (but please bring your own beach / swimming towels), with additional linen supplied for stays of two weeks or more. Free WiFi is also provided and there is free on-street parking.

The Small Print
Smoking is not permitted in this property. No pets permitted.
There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or load into the dishwasher and switch on before you depart. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
