Set at the site of the Norman landings and in the heart of 1066 country, Seasalt offers a luxury beach house holiday rental with four bedrooms, built directly on the beach in this beautiful part of East Sussex.
The panoramic sea views from the holiday house are truly extraordinary, with sunrises particularly compelling as the sun rises at the east side of the beach towards Bexhill and Hastings.
Fancy wild swimming? Or paddleboarding? Yoga on the terrace or rejuvenating walks along the beach? You won’t find a better beachfront holiday home as a base for all these activities and much, much more.
This stylish, light-filled oasis comfortably accommodates up to eight people (maximum six adults). Naturally it’s a delight in the summer months (so book in as soon as you can), but the toasty, fully controllable central heating ensures it’s a treat year round.
Walk up the steps to the front of this luxury beach house and your view will be drawn through the glass door and beyond into the huge open plan lounge-diner and towards the breathtaking views of the beach immediately beyond.
A large oak dining table seats eight, and is well positioned to take in the sea views – the perfect spot for extended families or perhaps a group of friends to plan the holiday adventures ahead or to revisit the day’s activities.
The large sofa sits directly in front of the large sliding doors overlooking your private beach garden and terrace, to take in the massive sky and waves just beyond your tranquil garden.
The separate kitchen is modern and well equipped for self catering accommodation with a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, separate grill, toaster, blender and microwave.

The Small Print
Smoking is not permitted inside the property (and please close sliding doors to avoid smoke blowing inside if you smoke outdoors). No parties. Minimum age of lead guest is 25+.
Dogs are considered on a selective basis and, if approved, a £50 supplement will apply per dog. Please contact Exclusively Eastbourne to discuss your pet if you wish to bring them. Any pet given permission to come must not be allowed on the beds or furniture or left in the property alone. They must only use a pet bed and pet bowls that you bring with you. You will be expected to clean up after your pet and are liable for any damage it causes. Please bring a separate towel for your dog to wipe muddy / sandy paws before entering the house.
There is a week-long minimum stays in peak season, although short stays may be possible out of season or last minute.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £500 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
