The kitchen diner is modern and bright, with a dining table for six people and comes well quipped for self catering with cooker with induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with cold water dispenser, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer. Naturally, it is well supplied with pots, pans and equipment for a large family or a group of friends.

Also downstairs there is a cloakroom and a very handy study with lovely views over Eastbourne for those who may need to work from home, or at least keep work emails under control. You’ll appreciate the free, superfast Lightning Fibre WiFi on offer as well.

This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted. No parties. Minimum age of lead guest is 25+

There is a week-long minimum stay, with Saturday changeovers in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season or last minute.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
