Set on the first floor, Beachside is a modern, comfortable one bedroom holiday apartment in the prestigious North Harbour of Sovereign Harbour. The spacious, open-plan lounge-diner, which includes a dining table for four, has delightful side views out across the beach.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a washer-dryer and dishwasher for your convenience, although you may choose to wash dishes by hand as you can gaze out to sea from the sink!

Perfect for beach/harbour walks. Perfect location; sea & Harbour. Only a 45-1hr walk into Eastbourne and £2 return on the bus. Includes parking bay which is perfect for your stay, if like us you walk/bus everywhere ? Comfortable apartment with everything we needed for the week. We did not realise Eastbourne air festival was taking place and the Red Arrows were flying in a 9 plane formation on Thursday over the sea - superb! Asda Superstore, Next, Boots, Sports Direct + other shops are just a short walk away. Buses are reliable. In the harbour area there are places to eat, drink and lovely choice of ice cream. Left on Aug 24, 2024 for a stay in Aug 2024

The Small Print
This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted, nor parties. Minimum age of lead guest is 25+
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable £200 deposit per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
