Take a week at Aqua Marina and feel your cares melt away as the sea breezes drift along your balconies and you take in the fabulous views.
It’s a mesmerising sight, boats bobbing in the marina before you as you gaze out across the water from this prime location in Sovereign Harbour near Eastbourne.
You’ll find it difficult to stray too far from the views, but fear not as you can simply sink into the comfy sofas by the French doors and watch the Smart TV. Or simply turn your attention back to the marina again and forget all about busy, urban life. You’ll understand when you’re here….
Nicely presented throughout, this holiday apartment sleeps four so is ideal for families or friends in need of escape and rejuvenation.
The master bedroom, which has a separate balcony overlooking the marina, has a kingsize bed with an ensuite step-in shower.
The second bedroom has two single beds so is a natural choice for children or friends who prefer some independence.
The sense of tranquility and space is enhanced by the open plan nature of the lounge-diner, with natural light flooding the room.
The dining table comfortably seats four and being close to the balcony allows for fine dining AND views for meal time treats.
The kitchen is well equipped for self catering accommodation with oven, hob, Hotel Chocolate coffee machine (bring your Nespresso pods), microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and all the plates, cutlery, pans, etc. A washer dryer is on hand if you need to sort your laundry.
There is also a family bathroom with a bath and hand-held shower attachment.
The fine views are helped by the second-floor setting, but there is a lift available to save your legs (which will probably have enjoyed a good work-out due to the inevitable invigorating runs or walks along the beach and promenade).

The Small Print
This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted. No parties please. Minimum age of lead guest is 25+
There is a week-long minimum stay, with Sunday changeovers in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season or last minute.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
