The Times and Sunday Times have named Birling Gap, near Eastbourne, as one of the finest beaches in the whole of the UK.

With the warmer spring and summer months to look forward to, it’s time to dust off your golf buggy and start playing some rounds of golf. It’s been a busy old year at Exclusively Eastbourne. 2023 saw an influx of new properties added to our portfolio with more and more visitors cottoning on to all the joys that Eastbourne and the surrounding, stunning countryside of the South Downs has to offer (with none of the hustle and bustle of some more well known seaside resorts).
