New year, new places to stay on our Sunshine Coast

It’s been a busy old year at Exclusively Eastbourne. 2023 saw an influx of new properties added to our portfolio with more and more visitors cottoning on to all the joys that Eastbourne and the surrounding, stunning countryside of the South Downs has to offer (with none of the hustle and bustle of some more well known seaside resorts).

With over 70 properties to manage across Eastbourne, the team has had their hands full (which has kept them out of mischief – in the main!).

Just some of our newly acquired favourites include:

South Downs Garden Cottage a tastefully renovated 2 bed cottage situated in the heart of Meads which features a large kitchen/diner with patio doors that lead out to a delightful garden courtyard as well as a separate cosy living room. The house is an ideally situated starting point for walks across the stunning South Downs.

Sea Downs – the name says it all for this spacious, light and airy 2 bed flat being perfectly located for access to both the sea (a 2 min stroll down the street) and the South Downs. Captain’s View offers accommodation for six, split over three bedrooms overlooking the tranquil waters of Sovereign Harbour with the added benefit of five separate beds!

Beach in Reach is the very latest addition to our portfolio, this lovingly renovated six bedroom Victorian villa offers oodles of space as well as glorious sea views and a secluded private rear patio.

Ticking a LOT of boxes if you are looking for a traditional family holiday, close to the beach and with seagulls in the salty air. Just add  multi-coloured wind-breaks, sandy sandwiches and knobbly knees for a staycation to remember.

There are four bedrooms upstairs to sleep up to eight people, with up to six adults and two children in the bunk beds.
