The Spinney is a beautiful 4-bedroom holiday home set in an acre of private, well-maintained gardens, with its own heated swimming pool.
Nestled on the edge of the idyllic village of East Dean, just three miles from Eastbourne, this relaxing retreat can sleep eight in full-sized beds, with space for two extra children in Z beds or babies in travel cots (we can provide these).
Downstairs there is a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast table and chairs, a utility room with washing machine, and a downstairs toilet with washbasin. There is a separate dining room, conservatory, sunroom and a spacious lounge with large flatscreen television and plenty of comfy seating.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (one ensuite), a twin bedroom, bunk bedroom (ensuite) and a family bathroom.

Available now for week-long stays and short breaks – please ask for prices.
This property does not accept groups for parties. Week-long bookings run from Saturday to Saturday during peak season (April – August), with shorter breaks available out of season. Weekly self catering rentals from £900.
