Completely refurbished, the handsome three bedroom holiday home in Eastbourne makes the perfect base for a gathering of friends and family.
Located just 6-8 mins walk from Old Town with its swimming pool, Waitrose and restaurants, and 15 minutes from Eastbourne train station and main town centre and access to all the attractions, cafes and restaurants. Eastbourne beach is also just a walk away. Being on the west side of town provides easy access to Beachy Head and the South Downs National Park.
The large open plan kitchen-diner is the heart of the house, a natural hub for friends and family, with a large table to enjoy meals, play games or to simply sit back and catch up over a bottle of wine.
The modern, newly-fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, and all the utensils to enjoy a self catering family holiday.
Relax in the large lounge, complete with comfy sofas, large flat-screen TV and DVD player. French doors lead out to the pretty paved courtyard at the front of the house, which captures the afternoon sun – perfect to enjoy drinks or an al fresco evening meal.
The spacious master bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, and the other two bedrooms are flexible, with either kingsize or two twin beds. The main family bathroom has a bath with shower. And with a sofabed in the lounge, this holiday home can sleep up to 8.
There is free WiFi throughout and also a private driveway which provides generous parking for two cars.

This property does not accept groups for parties. Week-long bookings cost from £500 (winter) and run from Saturday to Saturday during peak season (April – September). Shorter breaks and flexible check in days may be available out of season or last minute. See Terms & conditions.
