The contemporary, open-plan living space is on the first floor of a grand Victorian villa,and includes a modern kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, etc.

The lounge area has a flat-screen satellite TV with DVD, an iPod docking station and with WiFi provided, this self catering holiday apartment in Eastbourne is also perfect for longer lets and corporate stays as a serviced apartment.

Stairs from the lounge lead up to the second floor of the building, where the double bedroom and bathroom (with underfloor heating) are located.  Decor is tasteful throughout and bed linen, fluffy towels, bath robes, beach towels and a selection of welcome goodies are provided.

Weekly holiday rentals cost from £295, although short breaks and flexible check in days may be possible out of season or last minute. If you have friends or family to visit during your stay, the award-winning Guesthouse East has self catering suites available by the night.
