Contemporary yet designed for comfort, the 4*, gold-rated Duke’s apartment is ideally located on Chiswick Place, close to the theatres, restaurants, cafes, tennis and attractions – literally moments from Eastbourne tennis at Devonshire Park and just two minutes walk from the delightful seafront.
This chic, split-level Eastbourne holiday apartment is set over the third and fourth floors of a Victorian townhouse once owned by the Duke of Devonshire – so stairs are involved.
Stylishly appointed and designed with relaxation and comfort in mind, the apartment has a luxurious bathroom with double jacuzzi bath and underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully kitted for self catering with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and a washer-dryer, while the lounge has a large flat-screen satellite TV with DVD and an ipod docking station.
There is a twin bedroom on the entry floor and a spacious double set dramatically in the eaves. A camp bed or travel cot can be set up in the double bedroom for families of five.
All linen and towels are provided, plus extra touches, such as bath robes, beach towels, free WiFi and a welcome pack of goodies such as milk, tea and coffee to get you started.

Week-long holidays cost from £395 (winter). Shorter stays available out of season and last minute. If you have visitors during your stay, The Guesthouse East has self catering suites plus B&B available on a daily basis.
