Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation in Eastbourne.

Carl & Sarah are also the owners of the Guesthouse East in Eastbourne, – No1 in this year’s ’50 Best B&Bs’ by The Independent. This unique boutique guesthouse has self-catering suites, with the option of bed and breakfast; but with only six suites, demand from holiday-makers and business-people often outstrips supply.

Both Carl & Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation – this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home.

Their ethos is simple – to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes.
